Totally legal. If you take from another persons Jet Can, you are stealing (there is even a warning that pops up that says so) Stealing from another player, as in real life situations, is illegal, and will flag yourself to the player who jettisone...

In PvP destroyers are a joke. Their armor is paper thin, and not really worth much besides PvE, mostly level 1 mission running, possibly level 2 in the beginning if you have the right skills.

Im a Pure Blood Gallente, and im focused in the INDUSTRY field... I didnt choose either of these IIRC... I mean I did choose gallente, but I dont think there was a bloodline I could choose.

I use a Toshiba Satellite A100 (I THINK, dont have it with me...) It works very well for Eve, and any other game. My graphics are pumped up about as high as they can get. It has 2.0ghz Duo Core Processor (I have NO problems with this) 120GB HDD...

yeah cargo expanders help! Sometime you get unlucky and get a load of Metal Scaps. If you had just jettisoned something earlier, you have to chill out 3 minutes before you can get rid of the scaps, which take up a load of space!

i cant use tractors yet, and am reguarly able to activate salvagers at anything less than 6000m. Sometimes I can even activate them at above 6000m. I wonder if it is taking into account that by the time the salvager activates, I will be within ...

nothing happens, they sit there till you remove them. Home stations are basically where ever you want to call home. If you like a certian system, then its beneficial to keep most of your stuff in one easy to reach place

Jury Rigging is the associated skill to using Rig's. There are auxillary skills such as Armor Rigging and Shield rigging as well :-)
